Today's entry from Counseling News
is that brains cells are born and die naturally.  It goes on to say that
depression can retard the birth of new cells.  Stress can inhibit the birth
of new cells.  Since talk therapy has been shown effective to treat
depression, the question for the day is:  can stress be biologically
measured in individuals so that the effectiveness of different treatments could
be measured?
